Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and include their original packaging, rotating bases and included components.

Contact ALDERMERE through our contact page with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions. Do not use the address printed on the shipping package without confirmation.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. Pack glassware securely.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the issue and arrange a resolution. The change-of-mind return shipping condition does not apply to a confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

We will notify you after reviewing your request and, where a return is required, receiving and inspecting the item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary.
